Vital Link and Celtech are recognized as 2022 recipients of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Awards, “Above and Beyond.” These awards are presented by the ESGR State Committees and are given to employers who have assisted and gone “above and beyond” the requirements of USERRA for their military Guard and Reserve employees.

“Vital Link and Celtech and the Atec Companies are dedicated to our men and women of service. We are so proud to have received the ESGR Award and want to continue to support our Active Duty Guard and Reserve while they carry out their service duties to defend our nation,” said Mike Rigdon, Celtech President.

“I’m proud of our reservists, guard and veterans, and I was honored to receive the Patriot Award from DoD for our on-going support,” exclaimed Gunnels.

After receiving the Above and Beyond awards at Celtech and Vital Link, Atec was nominated for the ESGR Support Freedom Award. The Support Freedom Award gives the highest recognition to employers for their support of their employees in Guard and Reserve.

“I have no worries when it comes to drill, deployments, trainings and school TDYs that Atec/Celtech/VLI will support me in all these events or time spent away from my actual job function. This makes going easier and training more enjoyable knowing leadership take the time to understand my military requirements and obligations,” said Edwin Levya, Celtech Engineering Manager.

For two years running, Atec has received the Hire Vets Medallion Award from the U.S Department of Labor. The Hire Vets Medallion Program recognizes employers that successfully recruit and hire veterans. Atec recognizes and supports all active or prior military members, and is proud  to have over 70 Veterans and active-duty team members. Our veterans contribute to the diversity and atmosphere here at Atec, and we wouldn't be where we are today without them.
