Multifunction Instrument

The newly designed Atec Multifunction Instrument is a form, fit and functional equivalent to the technically outdated A/M37T-20B instruments currently existing in the field. All indications, interface connections and inputs have been retained to make the installation and use of these instruments as simple as plug and play.

The Multifunction Instrument is part of the redesigned A/M37T-20B instrument package that allows the US Air Force and foreign militaries to retain redundancy of signals in the control cab while utilizing existing cables and adapter kits, something not possible on the new T-20C instrumentation package. The new family of T-20B instruments reduces calibration time by utilizing the DAQ modules&rsquo ability to accept calibrated signals and create indication offsets.

The new Multifunction Instrument will read the analog signals with 18-bit accuracy. A CPU card will read the data in engineering units from the data acquisition module via RS232. The corresponding signals will be displayed on a backlit alphanumeric 24X2 LCD display.
